- Answer multiple line telephone, direct calls to appropriate personnel and record/forward detailed messages when appropriate.
- Open daily company mail that is not addressed to specific personnel and distribute.
- Provide typing, mailing, copying and filing support to all departments.
- Scan company documents into document imaging system.
- Enter daily time cards into payroll system.
- Create and maintain company forms.
- Distributes and reconciles petty cash.
- Assist with the coordination of company meetings, activities, and events.
- Maintain schedule and appearance of conference room.
- Provide backup support to the administrative team.
- Other duties as required
Qualifications:
- Must have a good work history and “want to learn” our industry
- Must be able to work independently as well as in groups
- Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently
- Must have pleasant and professional phone etiquette
- Must possess the desire to help others and work together to reach goals
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
